Mary Ann's Schedule:

Monday-Friday Schedule

*Don't let Tyler nap more than 30 minutes so he will fall asleep at bedtime

6:00 am wake (8.5 hours of sleep), pray, eat banana, get ready

6:25 am warm months bike to Kiwanis Park or cool months drive to Provo Rec Center while listening to Book of Mormon

6:30 am workout (see Advanced Practice page) 

7:45 am drink honey & celtic salt electrolyte drink, record workout, Beginner Practice at Kiwanis Park during summer, during school year change clothes

8:00 am make oatmeal

8:15 am eat breakfast (can feed day care kids too)

8:25 am help kids get dressed, Mike drives S to school if I have day care kids

8:35 am start laundry 

8:40 am wash breakfast dishes with day care kids

8:50 make pre-school/day care: website "Good and Beautiful", research website to see pricing of curriculum, advertise on google maps, create sign for front of house, read home school books Jennifer gave me, prepare lessons for home school for today

9-11:30 pre-school/day care

10 am morning snack

11 am make lunch with day care/preschool

11:30 am change clothes, pack workout equipment in summer

11:45 am drive to Rec Center in warm months or Paul Ream Park in cool months

12:00 pm run in cold months or cross train and strength train in warm months while Mike & Tyler eat lunch (Mike drives home to eat with us), warm up 15 min, run 30 min

12:20 pm Tues Thur Mike drives Tyler to preschool while I workout, 12:30 drops him off, drives straight back to work

12:45 cool months: drive to Rec Center & stretch, warm months: stretch at Rec Center

1:00 pm wash lunch dishes with kids

1:15 pm story time, lay on soft mats with blankets, relaxing nap time

1:30 pm update address & email address for businesses while kids watch educational video

1:45 pm preschool

2:30 pm prepare for kids' practice

2:45 drive to preschool

2:55 pm pick up T from school

3:00 drive to Wasatch Elem

3:20 pm pick up S from school

3:25 pm drive to Kiwanis Park

3:30 pm Gazelle running club kid's practice at Kiwanis Park (November-March), think of fun ways to get kids to do things (dance music during entire practice to set the mood, focus on Tyler since he is the least mature and will likely beat up Stephen and have melt downs without lots of attention)

4:30 pm walk home, leave car at park if have day care kids with us, or drive home if don't have any kids have to transport

4:35 pm make dinner with kids, do homework

5:30 pm day care kids get picked up or eat dinner with us

5:45 pm wash dishes, clean up from dinner 

6:15 pm take baths (Mom first so hair can start to dry)

6:45 pm lay out clothes for morning, Mike eats dinner, Mom drives to grocery store or if Mike isn't home yet, Mike gets groceries

7:00 pm give kids snack, brush & floss

7:15 pm pray family scripture study

7:45 pm massage kids with Mike in their room

8:00 pm braid hair

8:10 pm trade massages with Mike, don't look at phone!  Discipline is the key to success!

8:30 pm bed

Saturday Schedule: 

5:30 am wake (9 hours of sleep), pray for guidance and direction, get ready, drive to Provo Rec Center while listening to Book of Mormon

6:00 am eliptical or arc trainer if I can find one, 20 minutes, moderately hard.  My max heart rate might be 220-47=173.  75-87% is the top end of easy to the bottom end of a tempo run.  Try for 80%, or  173-60 RHR = 113 x 0.8= 90 + 60 = 150.  Stretch 5 minutes.  Change.

6:30 am swim at the same effort for 10 minutes

6:40 am shower

6:45 am drink honey & celtic salt electrolyte drink, drive to grocery store 

6:50 am get groceries without kids begging me for junk food

7:00 am drive home while listening to General Conference, put away groceries

7:10 am make Chris Wark's Super Charged oatmeal

7:20 am eat breakfast

7:30 am create bunion shoes/do bunion exercises & stretches

7:40 am core workout & therabands

7:45 am make pre-school/day care website "Good and Beautiful", research website to see pricing of curriculum, advertise on google maps, create sign for front of house, read home school books Jennifer gave me, prepare lessons for home school for today

8:00 am list items for sale on ksl.com, make indoor yard sale sign for yard

8:15 am feed kids, get them dressed, work on Gazelle website, advertising,

8:40 am wash breakfast dishes

8:50 am Quick Quack car wash

10:30 am make lunch

11:00 am mow lawn so Mike can have time to sort bins during the week and on weekends

12:00 pm update password chart

12:15 pm  Mike can run with the kids & bring the stroller to help them when they get tired.  Run with the fastest miler up to the pace that my normal warmup would be.  Turn around early if they are going faster than I should go.  Count it as my mile warm-up.  Give out prizes and treats while doing dynamic stretches.

12:45 pm delete old emails & unsubscribe 

1:15 pm cool down 0.2 miles, stretch

2:30 pm 5K at Riverside Park, Mike walks with kids/eats with them

1:30 pm eat in the car on the way to Kathleen's

1:45 pm change, take things from Mike's mom's home to our home, empty car

5:30 pm make dinner

6:30 pm eat dinner, wash dishes

7:00 pm give kids baths

7:30 pm shower

7:45 pm Family Home Evening

8:00 pm ready for bed, help Stephen read scriptures in bed, pray

8:30 pm get kids to sleep
