Monday-Friday Schedule

*Don't let Tyler nap more than 30 minutes so he will go to bed on time

5:30 am wake (9 hours of sleep), pray for guidance and direction, get ready, drive to Provo Rec Center while listening to Book of Mormon

6:00 am eliptical or arc trainer if I can find one, 20 minutes, moderately hard.  My max heart rate might be 220-47=173.  75-87% is the top end of easy to the bottom end of a tempo run.  Try for 80%, or  173-60 RHR = 113 x 0.8= 90 + 60 = 150.  Stretch 5 minutes.  Change.

6:30 am swim at the same effort for 10 minutes

6:40 am shower

6:45 am drink honey & celtic salt electrolyte drink, drive to grocery store

6:50 am get groceries without kids begging me for junk food

7:00 am drive home while listening to General Conference, put away groceries

7:10 am make Chris Wark's Super Charged oatmeal

7:20 am eat breakfast

7:30 am create bunion shoes/do bunion exercises & stretches

7:40 am core workout & therabands

7:45 am list items for sale on ksl.com, make indoor yard sale sign for yard

8:00 make pre-school/day care website "Good and Beautiful", research website to see pricing of curriculum, advertise on google maps, create sign for front of house, read home school books Jennifer gave me, prepare lessons for home school for today

8:30 am drive Mike to work

12:00 pm registration for 5K & Mile at Riverside Park

12:15 pm start Mile.  Mike can run with the kids & bring the stroller to help them when they get tired.  Run with the fastest miler up to the pace that my normal warmup would be.  Turn around early if they are going faster than I should go.  Count it as my mile warm-up.  Give out prizes and treats while doing dynamic stretches.

12:45 pm start 5K.  Mike can time it so I can run it.  He can eat lunch in the car with the kids while I run, then get out when someone comes back to finish to record times & give prizes.  If no one else is running it, Mike can take down the finish area then the water stations starting with the mile then the 5K water station at 1:00 pm.  Remind Mike to change the kid's shirts.

1:15 pm cool down 0.2 miles, stretch

1:20 pm Mike picks me up at 500 N 1260 W

1:30 pm Mike drives me to work, eat on the way and at work

1:45 pm change, use hot wet towels to sponge off, eat lunch

2:00 pm work doing massages at spa (Dec 21 will be 3-5)

4:15 pm Mike picks me up 

4:30 pm take things from Mike's mom's home to our home, empty car

5:30 pm make dinner

6:30 pm eat dinner, wash dishes

7:00 pm give kids baths

7:30 pm shower

7:45 pm put results of Mile & 5K on Gazelle website

8:00 pm ready for bed, help Stephen read scriptures in bed, pray

8:30 pm get kids to sleep

8:45 pm trade massage with Mike
