Monday-Friday Schedule
*Don't let T nap more than 30 minutes so he will fall asleep at bedtime
5:00 am wake (9 hours of sleep), pray, get ready, set alarms for every important activity today, read resolutions on phone
5:30 am update shopping list
6:00 am listen to Book of Mormon, Come Follow Me, marriage conference talks, then FW. When you hear something you need to add to the resolutions write it on the notes on phone. Prepare meals for the day, then do laundry, then clean and organize.
7:45 am Beginner Practice at Kiwanis Park during summer
8:00 am family scripture study
8:15 am School year: eat breakfast (can feed day care kids too), take chondroitin msn, multivitamin, vitamin D. Summer eat at 8:45 am.
8:25 am School year: help kids get dressed, Mike drives S to school if I have day care kids
8:40 am wash breakfast dishes with day care kids
8:50 make pre-school/day care: website "Scripture School", advertise on google maps, create sign for front of house, buy cameras or set up iphone to video tape, prepare lessons for home school for today.
* If house is messy or need to cancel memberships or have not deleted emails and typed password chart and scrapbooks and papers aren't organized, work on that.

11 am make lunch with day care/preschool
11:20 am walk with daycare kids to Wasatch Elementary to take Stephen's hot lunch to him

12:00 pm eat lunch with daycare kids
12:20 pm Tues Thur drive Tyler to preschool until start my own daycare
12:30 pm wash lunch dishes with kids
1:00 pm story time, lay on soft mats with blankets, relaxing nap time, turn off lights
2:30 pm prepare for kids' practice, put on gps watch
2:45 drive to preschool
2:55 pm pick up T from school
3:00 walk with preschool kids or drive to Wasatch Elem
3:20 pm pick up S from school
3:25 pm walk or drive to Kiwanis Park
3:30 pm Gazelle running club kid's practice at Kiwanis Park, play music on mini speaker during entire practice to set the mood, set up styrofoam noodle obstacle course, run around it with T once, then run around it at my pace until I reach a mile
4:00 pm bunion, neck, knee physical therapy, core/hip exercises, roll out IT bands, stretch at park when above 32 degrees and not snowing or raining.
4:30 pm walk or drive home
4:35 pm change clothes
4:40 pm do homework
5:00 pm make dinner, daycare kids toy time, laundry
6:00 pm day care kids get picked up or eat dinner with us, open estate sale
6:30 pm wash dishes, clean up from dinner
7:00 pm S mutual, kids take baths, lay out clothes for morning, check messages on phone
7:30 pm close estate sale, I take bath
7:45 pm brush & floss
7:55 pm, read Scripture story to & with kids, pray (don't put sore foot on bed where someone might step on it during prayer)
8:00 pm bed
Saturday Schedule:
5:30 am wake (9 hours of sleep), pray for guidance and direction, get ready, drive to Provo Rec Center while listening to Book of Mormon
6:00 am eliptical or arc trainer if I can find one, 20 minutes, moderately hard. My max heart rate might be 220-47=173. 75-87% is the top end of easy to the bottom end of a tempo run. Try for 80%, or 173-60 RHR = 113 x 0.8= 90 + 60 = 150. Stretch 5 minutes. Change.
6:30 am swim at the same effort for 10 minutes
6:40 am shower
6:45 am drink honey & celtic salt electrolyte drink, drive to grocery store
