Hot Months (April 16-October 15):
7:00 am (advanced): Meet at Exchange Park to do warm up drills, then jog north east out and back along the river trail, dynamic stretches and drills.
8:00 am: Kids Super Mario Running Game: Run 1 mile on the grass around Exchange Park collecting coins and power ups from bricks and question blocks! Outrun and throw fire balls at Flying Squirrels, Pirahna Plants, Gumbas, Koopa Troopas and Hammer Brothers who are trying to get your coins and power ups from you along the way! When you return, pull down Bowser's flag and pull up your team flag, then trade in your coins and power ups for prizes!
8:30 am Stretch, core & hip exercises while kids play at playground.
12:00 pm noon (advanced): Meet at Exchange Park to do warm up drills, then jog north east out and back along the river trail, dynamic stretches and drills.
6:00 pm: Meet at Exchange Park to do warm up drills, then jog north east out and back along the river trail, dynamic stretches and drills.
Cold Months (October 16-April 15):
6:30 am: Meet at Provo Rec Center to bike, run on treadmills, and use elipticals (adult runners only)

4:00 pm (beginners & advanced): Meet at Exchange Park to do warm up drills, then jog north east out and back along the river trail, dynamic stretches and drills. Kids do Super Mario course.
