Hot Months (April 16-October 15):
6:00 am: Meet at BYU Indoor Track (no parking permit required before 7 am)
6:30 am: Meet at Provo Rec Center (adult runners only)
7:15 am: Meet at Exchange Park to do warm up drills, then jog 0.5 miles around the park, then do more dynamic drills, 7:25 am jog north east on the Provo River Trail 0.5 miles, Beginners turn around and jog back to Exchange Park. Advanced runners continue at a faster pace to the turn around point of their choice. We will do Tempo Runs on Mondays, Speed workouts on Wednesdays, and long runs on Saturdays. Tues, Thurs, Fri will be recovery runs. Breakfast will be served 8:00-8:30 am. If you want to bring something to share you are welcome.

Advanced runners continue at a faster pace to the turn around point of their choice. We will do easy miles and not too far since it will be quite hot at this time. Lunch will be served 12:30-1:00 pm. If you want to bring something to share you are welcome.

We will do easy miles and not too far since it will be quite cold at this time and it is on lunch break for those who work. Lunch will be served 12:30-1:00 pm at a local church. 3:45 pm (Beginners Run): Meet at Exchange Park to do warm up drills, then jog 0.5 miles around the park, then do more dynamic drills, 3:55 pm jog north east on the Provo River Trail 0.5 miles, Beginners turn around and jog back to Exchange Park. Dinner will be served 4:30-5:00 pm at a local church. If you want to bring something to share you are welcome.
